International shipping

All shipments will be sent to the customer's address, or the address provided by the customer, through GLS within an approximate period of between 3 and 7 business days (depending on the country), after dispatch, provided the circumstances of the market so allow it. 

You will be provided with a tracking number at the time of shipping your order so you can verify its location.

DELIVERY TRACKING

All shipments will be sent to the customer's address, or the address provided by the customer, through GLS or Zeleris within an approximate period of 1-2 business days, after dispatch, provided that market circumstances allow it. 

You will be provided with a tracking number at the time of shipping your order so you can verify its location.

DELIVERS

 - Remember to check the status of the package at the time of delivery.

 - The delivery of the merchandise will be made to the address designated by the sender, unless the recipient is absent or delivery is not possible due to the weight or volume. In this case, and with prior notice, said delivery will be made at the street door or at the destination service center. In the event of the recipient's absence, a notice of attempted delivery will be left, as well as the way to agree on it. It will be a necessary requirement to proceed with the delivery of the merchandise, the signature of the delivery note by the recipient. In the event of the recipient's refusal to sign the delivery note, Gt Motos will be exempt from all liability. Deliveries are not made to post office boxes .

PICKUPS

  • Since we mainly work online, for collections at our warehouse, it will be essential that we notify you when your order is ready.
  • We will notify you using the method you choose so that you can pick it up at an agreed time. 

GT Motos complies with the regulations regarding  data protection, and has the most advanced security standards regarding payment by credit card.

 

RETURNS

Used or second-hand product:

According to current regulations, you will have  15 calendar days from the date of receipt for the return of any item as long as it has not been used.

Once the item is returned with its original packaging, and it has been verified that it has not been used, the full cost of the product will be refunded, but the buyer must pay the return shipping costs .

The refund amount will be returned in the same payment method in which the purchase was made.

The return of a full or partial order with free shipping (from €89) that the customer wants to return either by mistake or because they do not want it (any reason other than an error on our part ), will have the cost of those one-way shipping costs which will be indicated depending on what the transport company charges.    These shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

In case of error on the part of Gt Motos, we are responsible for returning the product, assuming the transportation costs.

  • Exclusions:

- Electrical materials are excluded since given their nature, poor handling by the buyer (overloads, not taking polarity into account, bad connections...) can cause anomalies in their operation that are difficult to verify externally. , except when the assembly of the part has been carried out by a workshop, whether official or independent, presenting the invoice for the assembly and verification of the malfunctioning product .

-The original exhausts or silencers, since they are potentially returnable items after passing through the ITV.

-Products made at the customer's express request will be excluded from the right of return n.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR GUARANTEES

Used or second-hand products:

In accordance with the provisions of Law 23/2003 on Guarantee in the Sale of Consumer Goods, Gt Motos guarantees all the products that are the subject of this contract, on a general basis and for a period of 90 days  starting from the date of receipt of the merchandise, in the event of any manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the characteristics specified therein. The client is recognized the right to both free repair of the product that is the subject of the contract and its free replacement (if in stock), price reduction or termination of the contract, if applicable .

Exclusions:

-Pieces that have been manipulated by the user.

- All electrical equipment except those that require assembly in an official workshop, since, due to their nature, they can be damaged during assembly, either due to poor handling or misuse of the product.

- Used tires.

 

PROCESS TO PROCESS A RETURN

To correctly process a return you must proceed as follows:

  1. Complete the RMA form in its entirety. Incorrect data or omission of data can cause delays in the process and even its return .
  2. Identify each product individually with the corresponding reason for return.
  3. If necessary, it will be indicated that a package be prepared, where the products that you wish to return with their accessories and/or components will be placed. Everything must be packaged correctly to avoid possible damage during transport. The authorization code provided by  Gt must be clearly indicated on the outside of the package. Motorcyclesin the response email. A copy of the purchase invoice must be included inside .
  4. Once packed and sealed, it must be sent to the address indicated below. The shipment will be made by the agency that best suits you except in cases of errors in the characteristics or applications of the product reviewed on the website www.gtmotos.com, in which the shipment will be made through the transportation agency indicated, to the following address n:

Once the package arrives at our facilities, it will be reviewed by technicians and if there is any incident (lack of invoice, breakages, product discrepancies, etc.) the customer will be immediately informed. If everything is correct, the perfect condition and/or operation of the products sent will be checked and payment will be made
